Earlier this year the tender Board at Outcome Connexions Group Pty Ltd announced that it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with RPiC Group to bringing to fruition one of their key development projects currently underway within the companies South East Queensland strategic development plan.  The tender board had a very difficult task in making a decision due to (1) the number of high calibre applicants, (2) the quality of the expression of interests received, and (3) the solid track record of all pre-qualified tenderers.  OCG short-listed RPiC Group amongst those considered to be more diverse in terms of breath of industry experience, complexity of previously delivered projects, ability to maximize overarching project outcomes and leadership styles.

OCG project steering committee took great pleasure in announcing the tender board’s decision to select RPiC Group to be its Joint Venture Partner for this strategic development.  This project is the first of many that will expand on OCG’s property development portfolio in the South East Queensland region.

On another note, OCG is due to announce the successful tenderer on Stage 1 of their ‘180 degree’ Project at Caboolture which is projected to commence construction activities mid-2020, so keep your eye open for more to come.
