      Partners & Founder

      Rav

      (Partner & Founder) 

      As a double degree + post graduate qualified ‘industry expert’ in his own right for over 25 years, Rav has good solid hands-on Professional Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and Property Development experience necessary to negotiate, co-ordinate, manage and follow through on all intrinsic processes during the various phases of a project delivery cycle (from project identification, feasibility analysis and land acquisition through to final settlement, delivery, maintenance and project closeout). Rav performs a key role in heading up and steering the property development team of this expanding enterprise.

      Whenever he gets the opportunity, you will find Rav doing some professional or personal development course aimed at pushing himself to be ‘the best version of himself’ to offer to others and to the world.

      When he gets some well-deserved time off, you will find Rav spending quality time with his family at his family home, but when the opportunity arises you may find Rav, on the end of a fishing rod, somewhere along the Southport seaway rock-wall or in a ‘tinny’ with his mates trying enthusiastically to ‘catch the big one’.

      Ali

      (Acquisitions Partner) 

      As a successful BDM & Real estate Agent in his own right, Ali possesses the exceptional attributes essential to steer, lead and direct the groups acquisition & enterprise partners in a manner that creates cohesive teamwork, drives momentum and generates outstanding performance in the groups ability to successfully acquire good quality projects in prime locations across South East Queensland.  Based on the Groups desired outcomes, Ali has a key role in the continual strategic management of all land, project and asset acquisition along with management of the enterprise partners across all sectors.

      When he gets some well-deserved time off, you will find Ali spending quality time with her family and friends or on holiday in some exotic destination, but when the opportunity arises you may find Ali, socializing with a coffee or dinner in various landmark destinations in the Brisbane city rooftop skyline.

      Denni

      (Acquisitions Partner) 

      As a development manager in his own right, with 35 years experience in Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects, Denni has the know-how when it comes to property development. Denni prides himself on being a highly motivated and organised professional who persists with any task until the desired outcome is achieved.

      His extensive network of specialist contractors, coupled with my high attention to detail, ensures that every project runs smoothly, on time and within budget. When it comes to due diligence, interpreting local Council advice and instructing contractors, Denni’s experience and expertise in these areas assures proper management of all project deliverables.

      Whenever he gets the opportunity, you will find Danny doing some professional or personal development course pushing himself to be ‘the best version of himself’ to offer to others and to the world.

      Lloyd

      (Acquisitions Partner) 

      As a successful Finance Broker and Consultant BDM in his own right for over 20 years, as owner operator of The Mortgage Panel, Lloyd possesses the exceptional attributes essential to steer, lead and direct the groups acquisition & enterprise partners in a manner that creates cohesive teamwork, drives momentum and generates outstanding performance in the groups ability to successfully acquire good quality projects in prime locations across South East Queensland.  Based on the Groups desired outcomes, Lloyd has a key role in the continual strategic management of all land, project and asset acquisition along with management of the enterprise partners across all sectors.

      When he gets the opportunity to get some well-deserved time off, you will find Lloyd spending quality time with his growing family at their family home, but when the opportunity presents itself that does not impede on his family time, you will probably find Lloyd “chilling” listening to some dance “tunes” socializing and “partying the night away”

      Whenever he gets the chance, you will find Carl ‘jetsetting’ to a popular holiday destination with his entire family.

      Liam

      Dedicated RPiC Enterprise Partner greatly experienced in all aspects of construction & dedicated to excellence in property development.
      Whenever the opportunity arises or he gets the chance, you will find Liam building some indestructible over-engineered structure at a relatives house, which the team will inevitably end up referring to as ‘Noah’s Ark’ or ‘Liam’s Ark’

      Nate

      Dedicated RPiC Enterprise Partner whom is an owner and operator of his own boutique real estate agency.
      On his days off, you will find Nate mingling with his large islander family in a relative’s backyard watching and waiting for the ‘hungi / lovo” to be ready.

      Gerard

      Dedicated RPiC team member and hands on business owner.
      Whenever he gets the chance, you will find Gerard ‘jetsetting’ to a popular holiday destination with his entire family.

      Tommy

      Dedicated RPiC Enterprise Partner greatly experienced in all aspects of construction & dedicated family man with a thirst for more knowledge, pushing himself to be the best version of himself to offer the world.
